　　1、作業(yè)先前用手搬動飛輪，檢查傳動機構和工作裝置，調整間隙，堅固螺絲，確認無誤后啟動空運轉，檢查軸承應無異響，齒輪應嚙合良好。

　　2、作業(yè)前檢查潤滑情況，按潤滑表規(guī)定進行潤滑；檢查三角皮帶松緊度；檢查各傳動機構有無異?，F(xiàn)象，若系旋轉刀盤剪斷式，則先運轉調直筒12分鐘，運轉正常后再起動切斷機構，同時檢查離合器是否靈活可靠。檢查電路和開關，線頭連接應牢固，保險絲應符合規(guī)定，電磁開關應接觸可靠，動作靈活，接地應良好。

　　2. 　　3、在調直塊未固定，防護罩未蓋好前不得穿入鋼筋，以防機器開動后調直塊甩出傷人。

　　4、切去不直的料頭或用錘頭敲直料頭，以利方便喂料；在導向筒前部安裝一根一米長的鋼管，先將要調直鋼筋穿過鋼管后，再穿入導向筒和調直筒，以防每盤鋼筋接近調直完畢時甩出傷人。

　　8、停機后應松開調直筒的調直塊回到原來位置，同時預壓彈簧也必須回位。

　　9、鋼筋加工棚作業(yè)完后清理現(xiàn)場，機體上的污垢、灰塵，切斷電源，鎖好開關箱，并將調直切斷的鋼筋按規(guī)格分放整齊。
